ecoCLOSET shoes are exchangeable within 7 days of receipt. Because of the great deal on this item, any returns or exchanges will be charged a $9.95 restocking fee and you will have to pay the shipping fee to have the shoes returned to ecoCLOSET. Shoes must be unworn, in original packaging.
