Vegancuts is a thriving e-commerce subscription business that offers a monthly Snack Box, Beauty Box and quarterly Makeup Box. We’re seeking a highly organized, efficient, and driven individual with experience working in an agile startup environment. Our dream candidate has a business mindset and significant history working with fulfillment centers, creating and optimizing processes, negotiating with suppliers, and has adeptness with taking on new and varied projects and excelling in them. You’ll have the chance to touch the experience of thousands who receive boxes every month in this important role.

Ideal candidates have:

1. In the e-commerce operations space:
a) Understanding of how fulfillment centers work, including how inventory is managed, inbound/outbound shipping is managed, and typical best practices.
b) Experience editing WordPress or shopify pages.
c) Familiarity with typical e-commerce tools, including e-mail service providers such as Klaviyo/Mailchimp, Stripe credit card processing, Zendesk for customer ticketing

2. Soft skills:
a) Demonstrated ability with being highly detail oriented, with an ability to manage a wide variety of areas with organization and precision.
b) Communication expert – both written and verbal. Being able to clearly summarize and articulate updates to colleagues and management. A skillful command of written English.
c) Practical experience with negotiation and associated best practices, as well as building and maintaining relationships.
d) Familiarity with data analysis with Microsoft Excel.
e) A willingness and ability to learn new things quickly. Being a startup company, this role will evolve quickly.

Bonus points if you have experience with:
1. Understanding and interpreting contractual language
2. Working from home (or at least working with minimal supervision)
3. Online collaboration tools like Google Drive/Docs, Dropbox, etc.
4. Loving animals enough not to eat them
