In 2010, Ginny Simon, mother of four boys had a dream of creating a line of desserts for people who love eating organic food, leading a healthy lifestyle, and have a sweet tooth for fresh baked treats. This mom had always been passionate about preparing home cooked meals that are delicious, nutritious, whole and organic. She knew that dessert should be no exception. After weeks of playing with organic and gluten-free ingredients she perfected her first cookie recipe and ginnybakes was born. While the ginnybakes’ line isn’t completely vegan, they have created several vegan options and are looking to add more when expanding their offerings.
