Nichole Dandrea, Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist, started Nicobella out of her love and passion for healthy and whole natural foods. After months of late night experiments in the kitchen, Nichole created a line of six vegan organic dark chocolate truffles. With the help of friends and family, she brought them to a Whole Foods Farmers Market where they sold out quickly and received glowing reviews. In these early days each batch of truffles took Nichole two days to make. Now, thanks to her partnership with Theo Fair Trade and Organic Chocolate, Nicobella truffles and other chocolate confections are available across the nation.
