  • 1 Tenderloin Roast: Juicy 1.5lb made to share with family and friends.
  • Puff Pastry: To wrap the tenderloin roast to make it a Beef Wellington

Filet Mignon


  1. Thaw
    Thaw steaks overnight in the fridge or for 1 hour in cold water
  2. Sear
    Preheat pan on high heat and add oil. Sear steak on high heat for 1.5-2 minutes per side.Cook your filet hot and fast for the perfect texture.
  3. Season
    Season generously with salt and pepper


Chicken Filet

  1. Thaw
    Thaw filets overnight in fridge, or for 1 hr in cold water
  2. Preheat
    Preheat pan on medium heat and add oil
  3. Season
    Season generously with salt and pepper
  4. Sear
    Sear filet at medium heat for 4 minutes per side
  5. Serve
    Season, serve and enjoy!

Salmon Fillet


  1. Thaw
    Thaw Oshi fillet overnight in the refrigerator
  2. Prepare Pan
    Lightly oil a non-stick pan and place the fillet inside while the pan is still cold. Season the top lightly
  3. Cook
    Set heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 3 minutes.
    Flip, season the other side, cover, and cook for 11⁄2 minutes.
  4. Sear
    Drizzle 1 tsp neutral oil (canola or sunflower) on top, then sear uncovered for 10 seconds per side for extra crispiness.
  5. Serve
    Serve hot with your favorite sauce or side

Beef Wellington Cooking Instructions


  1. Thaw
    Make sure your plant-based tenderloin is fully thawed
    Thaw in fridge overnight (preferred), or thaw in cold running water (~ 1 hour)
  2. Make Filling (Optional)
    Pulse mushrooms in a food processor. Sauté with shallots, thyme, and a pinch of salt until browned and nearly dry. Add soy sauce and vegan yogurt, stir until spreadable, then cool completely.
  3. Sear
    Sear the tenderloin on all sides in a hot pan with oil for about 2 minutes total, then let cool.
  4. Wrap
    Lay out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
    Spread the chilled mushroom filling over the upper ¾ of the pastry
    Lightly coat the tenderloin with mustard, place it on the pastry, and wrap tightly.
    Seal edges with a bit of water and fold the ends neatly
    Chill for 20 minutes.
  5. Bake
    Preheat oven to 425°F
    Score the top gently and bake for 25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and crisp.
    Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve
    Slice into ½-inch pieces, sprinkle with sea salt and chives, and serve hot.
    Drizzle with plant-based butter (Included Steak Butter is perfect for this) and/or serve with a flavorful sauce to add moisture - our favorite is horseradish sauce and gravy
