Return and Refund Policy

 

As per our Policy, all payments made are non-refundable.

 

If you dispute any charges you must let Vegancuts know within one (1) day after the date that Vegancuts charges you.

 

Payments already made are Non-Refundable and we cannot accept Returns on any items already shipped since we deal with perishable beauty and food products.

 

If you have any questions or complaints about a product or if you dispute any charges, further references and guidance can be found in our Terms of Service.

 

But if you have paid for a Snack Box yet did not receive it, found it unsatisfactory, or may have other issues with our products, please simply let us know.

 

Take note that contacting our support team is easier than opening a dispute with your bank or credit card company which normally takes 2-3 months before it is resolved.
